I made a FULL spherical at this time for brunch – and it was scrumptious! Virtually like a cream tea, as in scone, jam and cream, however with a slight creamy cheese flavour.

Notes & Elements:

Elements
- 2 x slices brioche bread (thick slices)
- 4 x giant recent strawberries, minimize in half then sliced
- 2 x tablespoons cream cheese whipped with 1 x tablespoon thick double cream, or creme fraiche
Directions
1. Reduce the two slices of brioche in half, on the diagonal.
2. Unfold a bit of whipped cream cheese on the underside slice, in order that while you prepare the strawberries alongside the minimize edge, you will notice them. Place the remainder of the minimize strawberries behind them, so the sandwich has all the strawberries on the whipped cream cheese.
3. Spoon the remainder of the whipped cream cheese combination over the strawberries, and ease a few of it nto the gaps between the strawberries.
