At Cloudpepper, we construct and function the platform behind 10,000+ Odoo situations. Our management aircraft is constructed with Symfony/PHP, our automation runs on Ansible, and the infrastructure beneath is Linux, PostgreSQL, and Nginx.
This isn’t a pure infrastructure position. We’re searching for a senior engineer who can work throughout each platform and infrastructure: constructing backend platform options, bettering automation, and proudly owning the reliability of manufacturing Odoo environments at scale.
Location: Distant (anyplace with CET overlap) or Brussels-based (Belgium)
Compensation: $150,000–$180,000/12 months
Schedule: Full-time, versatile working hours
What you will do
- Design and preserve the Ansible-driven automation behind provisioning, deployment, scaling, backups, and restores
- Personal core elements of our Linux manufacturing infrastructure, together with efficiency, scaling, failover, and replication
- Construct and prolong platform options in our Symfony-based management aircraft
- Be the one that handles manufacturing points once they escalate previous help
- Work immediately with the founders on structure and priorities, with no product supervisor layer in between
What we’re searching for
- Deep expertise with PHP/Symfony
- Arms-on background in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure-heavy backend roles
- Comfy in Linux administration at a manufacturing degree
- Fluent with Ansible and infrastructure automation
- Manufacturing expertise with PostgreSQL and Nginx: efficiency tuning, debugging bottlenecks below load, and designing setups that keep dependable at scale
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Comfy in Python for tooling and automation
- Capable of debug throughout software, database, automation, and infrastructure layers
- Self-directed, takes possession in a small staff
- Writes clearly: design docs, incident postmortems, async updates that do not want a follow-up name
- Familiarity with Go and Odoo is a plus
